Top notch integrator in the area - Implementation Engineer LPS Integration Employee Review

I've been a contractor for LPS for close to a year and a half now, and as an independent contractor, I have nothing but good things to say. Though, I am a contractor, they have treated me like one of their own. It's a smaller, close knit community. It's actually my first client, as a contractor, that has treated me like a full time employee. Everything from an employee badge to enter the building, to invites to company events, I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Top notch Cisco, Citrix, EMC, etc engineers to work with. From engineering to sales to project management, I would highly recommend any contractor to seek projects with them, as companies like this are few and far in between. Coming from Southern CA, they were, and still are, the ideal representative of the VAR industry here in the South.

I wouldn't call this a con, but if you apply, study hard.. You will interview with, what I consider to be a board of the best in the business. Bring your big guns, they won't accept anything less.

Doesn't stay in touch with their employees. Very little direction. Doesn't understand the projects they assign to you, then blames the employee if they can't bill.
