      Very small company who rarely communicates with their employees

      One phone call - hired.

      Cons

      Doesn't stay in touch with their employees. Very little direction. Doesn't understand the projects they assign to you, then blames the employee if they can't bill.

      Pros

      All of LPS Integration owners are engineers first. They worked on the field for a long time before establishing the company. LPS Integration includes superb engineering and sales talents unmatched by rivals in the area. Although work environment can be tough at times, company owners have been really attentive to maintaining good work/family balanced lifestyle. LPS Integration focuses to a great deal on expanding engineering and sales knowledge and offers its employees free training, exams and conferences. In addition, great health, 401k and other perks.

      Cons

      Some internal processes can be improved but those challenges are part of a growing small business.

      Owners are Engineers - they are not just businessmen, but technologists. This is a fun place to work - Tennessee's smartest Engineers not only work hard but they have fun doing so.

      Cons

      Small company, change happens fast. Sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the quick and agile pace of continuous improvement of business processes.
