      Company focus changes radically. CEO changes radically. Can feel very unstable at times. Promotions are few and far between. Lacking direction at times

      Pros

      The Company is very motivated and has a serious commitment on commercialization of their sustainable chemicals pipeline. Has a good sense of community and values employee satisfaction. The IP position is strong and upper management is knowledgeable.

      Cons

      LS9 the matrix project structure was still in development, but in its early stages seemed to lack backing and buy-in from everybody, including competency group leaders.
