Good working environment with plenty of resources, high quality instrumentation, and a past-paced atmosphere. Management worked closely with technical staff to lay out expectations and goals. Good communication from business development side. Promising technology.

Was having growing pains moving from small R&D shop to larger integrated matrix project structure.

The Company is very motivated and has a serious commitment on commercialization of their sustainable chemicals pipeline. Has a good sense of community and values employee satisfaction. The IP position is strong and upper management is knowledgeable.

LS9 the matrix project structure was still in development, but in its early stages seemed to lack backing and buy-in from everybody, including competency group leaders.
