I witnessed firsthand a blatant disregard for Polish labor law. My India-based manager routinely pressured me to force my team to work under illegal conditions. Repeated references to Polish labor law were met with deaf ears. HR was completely complicit. Expect a hostile work environment characterized by excessive illegal working hours and a management style rooted in intimidation. To maintain basic boundaries, employees often feel compelled to be aggressively assertive. Salaries are insultingly low, and the company exploits employees who are unaware of their true market value. The company's unethical behavior extends beyond internal practices and deceitful recruitment methods, incompetence and even to cases of corruption within customers' projects. This company is a breeding ground for unethical practices and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Job seekers beware. At some point your former and current employees will grow sick of your methods and you will have PIP on your hands here in Poland.
