      Pros

      Large enough that there is a large array of services that is provided to the community, yet small enough where leadership know everyone on a first name basis. Excellent quality scores. Cares about their staff and the patients that they provide care to.

      Cons

      High level of accountability, expectation of providing excellent care all the time to patients.

      Pros

      There are no pros about this place. You may get put with *okay* coworkers, but most of them are just miserable and mean.

      Cons

      Everything. No matter how hard of a worker you are, you don’t get compensated fairly. You will get thrown around and drained mentally, emotionally, and physically with no sympathy. They do not pay well and most are barely getting by. If you advocate for yourself, you’re turned away and not heard.
