      Pros

      Largest health system in rural SE Kansas.

      Cons

      Worst health insurance coverage I have had working for any facility. CEO's motto is "to be good stewards of this health system" which translates to poor pay and benefits for the employees. There is always a feeling of secrecy surrounding administration. If you're not rich or influencial, don't expect to be noticed by the CEO.
