Pros
Company policies are very fair. Unlike a lot of other stores that force their minimum wage sales associates to keep purchasing their clothing to wear on the floor, Lacoste supplies its employees with the polos they are required to wear to work each season, as well as the shoes, and a 50% discount off items for themselves. The commission also means you will likely earn more than minimum wage, depending on your sales. And, for those who don't know, if you make less than minimum wage with your salary+commission, the company has to pay you the difference to ensure you have earned at least minimum wage. The products are also great quality so I highly recommend working here.
Cons
It would be nice to have a chair behind the counter, or at least something to lean on when there are no customers in the store, to make an 8 hour shift less painful for your feet.
