Stressful at times, coworkers can be hit or miss, benefits could be better

- Department level management was supportive - Felt cared about as an individual - Department offered a high level of autonomy and I didn’t feel micromanaged

- Benefits package is lacking (it did improve over the 4 years I was there, though) - Lack of career progression opportunities - New Upper Level Management lacked direction and support - Departments were understaffed - Compensation was too low overall
