      Pros

      Good Work/ Home life balance. Pay is Ok but not great. Not a sweat shop. Not much after hours work. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      No work from home. Little flexibility. Little vacation first year. Pay is not great. Bonus is not great. Pay increase is not great especially when you make more than 100k.
