Thank you for you feedback, while we appreciate your review we would like to address some of the points you have raised. We are sorry to hear you found the working conditions disappointing, we are proud to offer flexible working options for all of our staff. We still have a hybrid-working model so the majority of the company works from home most of the week, with 1-2 days in the office. Our offices have modern technology, are kept clean and tidy, with free hot drinks and snacks provided for the whole team. We also encourage evereyone to take a proper lunch break away from their desk to give them time away from their screens. We try to organise company events throughout the year such as bowling, escape rooms, or going for a meal together. All of the team who work longer than their contracted hours are paid overtime so we aren't sure what you mean by this point. In fact, we do not encourage working longer hours and prefer people to finish on time so they have a good work-life balance. Whilst we aren’t a huge corporate company, we still see this as a huge plus because our Senior Managers get to know the team personally and can provide opportunities and support on a daily basis. Being a woman-led organisation is something we are very proud of and creating that family feel is part of our working culture.
