      Pros

      Everyone at Language Insight has the option to work a hybrid role, We're a very close team with a desire for strong communication, who will go the extra mile for both each other and our clients.

      Cons

      What we feel is really unfair is the fake reviews you see below where (companies) are placing fake reviews and Glassdoor just accept this practice. I think there should be some sort of proof that you have worked at a company before being able to trash the reputation in spiteful envy.

      Enjoyed My Time Working as an In-House Translator

      Pros

      Supportive and collaborative team culture. I always felt that my work mattered and opinion was respected. Clear workflows and realistic deadlines, which made it possible to consistently produce high-quality translations without burnout. Plenty of opportunities to learn new tools, expand my language skills, and take on diverse projects across departments. Management genuinely listens. Feedback was encouraged and often led to process improvements.

      Like in any translation role, peak periods could get busy, but workload was still manageable and the team helped each other out, especially Q4

      Micromanagement and Poor Leadership – Avoid This Workplace

      The only positive I can mention is that the office itself is nice.

      Cons

      Expect to be micromanaged. Management gives off the impression that they don’t trust employees at all. They will check on your every move. The environment feels less like a professional workplace and more like being treated as schoolchildren by teachers. There’s also very clear unfair and unequal treatment: certain employees are given flexibility, while others are forced to come in every single day with no option for balance. Pay is also below market and does not match the workload or expectations. Bottom line: if you’re considering applying here, don’t.

      No employee is forced to attend the office everyday. All staff have the flexibility to work from home, which has been the case since Covid, suggesting this review is not quite accurate or real. There is absolutely no micro management, in fact I would encourage any prospective applicant to just speak to any member of the team here at Language Insight before applying to get some honest feedback, just reach out.
