Pros
Very fast paced fun growth atmosphere. The group works well together and in a constantly evolving organization, have grown and prospered. There is a clear vision and goal for the company and the individuals that is beginning to take shape and a plan to move us all there. We work hard together and enjoy each others company.
Cons
Sharing resources over multiple areas/countries can become difficult with 15 hour time differences. This occasionally causes the awkward very early or late meeting. I have been on a UK call, for example, at 4am. The good news is it doesn't happen often. Also, depending on your desire, there can be some travel needed, but it is not extensive.
