Besides our great medical, dental and vision benefits our employee's wellness and work/life balance is a major Laramar focus. So much so that this year we added to our corporate offices all federal holidays paid off, the day before or after July 4th paid off, three days at Thanksgiving paid off and the last full week of December paid off as well. Correct! This past year has brought many changes and lessons for leadership.
