      Pros

      Out of the box thinking is encouraged, everyone works hard on my team, lots of young professionals

      Cons

      Health benefits are not very good, no 401K match, the staff and management is somewhat young which can be a negative as well. Would like to have a voice with regards to the benefit offerings.

      Pros

      The employee first philosophy. If you invest in the company, they will invest in you. Additionally, it was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois (4th in 2007, 7th in 2008). Work/Life balance is important and recognized. Just this year they started an Infants at Work program where new parents can bring an infant in upon their return to work until the infant is 6 months old.

      Cons

      As a smaller company they tent to lag the market in compensation.
