There’s a lot of change — new processes, new goals — which can be a little chaotic sometimes. It’s part of growing fast, and honestly, it keeps the job interesting. Sometimes you’ll need to wear a lot of hats, especially on the Operations team — but that also means you pick up a ton of valuable skills.
