      Pros

      Mostly great people in the cast and FOH team (like any theatre job), and they will keep you sane. Ok guests.

      Cons

      incompetent managers, Egos, red flag personalities. Payroll info not communicated properly. No response to antisocial /sexist/racist guest behaviour. No POCs in management, the racism/lack of training or understanding really shows. Save yourself the time
