Pros
Absolutely none, as I said above don’t be fooled by the fake reviews (notice the dates on them, four or five good reviews left straight away after a bad review to balance the overall rating)
Cons
Rife with office politics. Lied to about earning potential. Lied to about working hours. Made to feel like your job is on the line the minute you step out of the induction training. No HR department. The CEO is a complete phoney. He will try and have you believe that growing up in leafy Horndean in the Hampshire countryside is like growing up in the Bronx. There are four different levels of sales team there (you may not be told this in your interview) the top two teams are made up of managers friends/the click. The company is built on a cringey wannabe Wolf Of Wall Street culture. Dated office (trying to make it look like an 90s boiler room) Disgustingly high staff turnover Demoralising, humiliating fore-fits and challenges. They will tell you in your training course they’re the biggest SAAS company in the world, the reality is they’re a gold fish in a sharks tank. Massively overpriced product. Harassment of customers. Backstabbing. No work life balance.
