Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at this company. I’m surrounded by wonderful, knowledgeable people who are always willing to share their expertise and support one another. There’s consistently a lot to do, which has helped me expand my experience and grow professionally. I’m especially grateful to have a manager who genuinely believes in developing their team and encouraging us to take on new challenges. It’s a positive and motivating environment to be part of.

It's quite a commute for me but the views and people make it all worthwhile!

Pros

Really friendly and supportive environment where everyone is willing to help you succeed. The role is clearly explained from the start, with a strong induction process and ongoing training in place. The company is great when it comes to flexible working and accommodating individual needs. It’s an enjoyable place to work, with a great location and a good balance between working from home and being in the office.

Cons

Haven’t experienced any real downsides. Overall a very positive experience so far
