Pros

Great work life balance and some very talented people within the marketing and sales teams.

Cons

Such a shame with 70% of the business being great, but fundamentally flawed by the leadership team. Very slow to react and unfortunately from a sales perspective are looking to save penny's rather than reward people for doing well!

Pros

Very talented and lovely staff - Good job perks such as flexible working and monthly massage

Cons

No support in my role to deliver on the unrealistic expectations and targets set out (which are ever changing) - Exec team don't listen and have no clear strategy or direction for the company - What was promised to me at interview stage was not delivered. When I left I was the fifth person in 3 months, high attrition rate.

Pros

The people who work there are great, really friendly, really approachable and have a really good head on them. The location is beautiful and the office is a nice place to be and has good facilities. The two heads of the company Paul and Nigel are brilliant and very approachable. The managing director less so.

Cons

It's a shame that a lot of the hard work and effort a lot of these people put in is ignored and overlooked. The digital and operations team want's the best for the company but isn't given the same incentives as the sales team. The sales team work exceptionally hard and should be incentivised but so should the digital team who go out of their way to make struggling websites work well and are overlooked in the process. They want to do new styles of doing things and while they know it will work it is often shut down by the MD, even though this will actually help with sales. While there are "your say" sessions it seems like a lot of the feedback given is not taken on board or even acknowledged. It also seems that the employee of the month is more like the MD's flavour of the month, while the team member with the most votes should be employee of the month, this is often changed to be someone else entirely. There's also no clear understanding of each team, what they do, and how they link with other teams. It would be good for digital to understand how the sales and accounts team work so they can put that into their work and vice versa.
