Pros
Good benefits such as premium health care for you and your partner
Cons
Unfortunately, the promises made during the recruitment process did not align with the reality of the role. Despite assurances of growth opportunities and regular salary reviews, these commitments were not fulfilled. Advancement within the organization seemed to depend on working at the company's offices and fostering close relationships with senior leadership. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of experience in operations management, resulting in decisions that negatively impacted both the operations and client relationships. The absence of leadership skills was evident, along with unprofessional behavior such as harassment and overly critical feedback. The management of the growth department was also inadequate, with instances of reprimanding and harassment directed towards team members who were not directly supervised. Communication regarding salary increases was often impolite, with statements like "we have no money, deal with it." The compensation provided fell below market standards, and employees were expected to accept any assigned tasks, regardless of their job scope, leading to an excessive workload. Moreover, there were instances of gender discrimination, as the company displayed a clear preference for hiring only women for management roles. This biased attitude was repeatedly expressed. The offboarding process was also hostile, with employees facing blame for their decision to leave the company. Overall, the experience was unfavorable.
