- Hybrid model, 3x week at home - Flexible workload

Cons

- Salary scale was mediocre compared to the market for similar positions - Promotion processes were slow, non-transparent and this year they were denying promotions for no apparent reason, while the level of demand from you did evolve. - Organizational goals are often very hard to achieve, eith no bonuses or extra estimulus. - They do constant “team restructurings” so you don’t really feel safe in your position - Processes and events are often rushed, unorganized and they never take feedback from others - Career stagnation and little growth opportunities
