Pros
Leanpath has fostered a pretty special culture devoid of the politics you would find I pretty much anywhere else. Everyone is incredibly bright, kind, and motivated by the company mission, which is something you can genuinely feel that each and every day. Even after going full time remote post-covid we have continued to accomplish much! There is also tons of room to grow and carve your own niche for your career and how you contribute to the company's success.
Cons
While the people at Leanpath are amazing, the company itself leaves something to be desired. I would describe the compensation, benefits, and perks as a solid notch below what most tech companies offer these days. I am unsure if it is intentional or not, but my observation is that Leanpath relies on it's employees commitment to their mission as one of their main retention tactics as opposed to anything more substantive.
