      Pros

      The HR team was exceptional with onboarding.

      Cons

      The CEO and upper management have poor communication and will lay you off with very little notice. The company is clearly not doing well in the U.S., and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      1. New leadership has brought positive changes to the organization. 2. Decisions have been made in the best interest of the company and foster a culture of open collaboration. 3. Management actively listens to feedback and works to improve processes. 4. Focus on strengthening the North American sales team through in person onboarding bootcamps has improved collaboration and relationship building.

      Cons

      1. Sales enablement resources need further development, though efforts are underway. 2. Limited tooling creates occasional barriers to efficiency.

      Remote work. Occasional trips to Ireland.

      Cons

      No employee review process or diversity in leadership. Will fire you without any notice or PIP. Toxic Management and nepotism.
