A profoundly disheartening experience - Designer Learning Yogi Employee Review

Jakob Holgersson, the person behind this review, was let go from our team because of performance reasons (contrary to what he disingenuously implied, he didn't choose to leave) and because he failed to improve his performance after several rounds of feedback. When we informed him that we were unfortunately having to part ways with him, he told us that he was devastated at being let go, which we now find puzzling if working with us had indeed been such a disappointing experience for him. The only other thing we'll add is that his review is significantly different from the numerous positive reviews that we've received on Glassdoor from so many other current and former team members, some of whom have worked with us for years and years. Nevertheless, we wish him all the best for the future.
