Pros

Wonderfully warm working environment / culture. High ambitions in regards to helping children, esp. underpriviledged ones. It was a joy to work here.

Cons

Good culture is a result of a lot of trial and error in the look for hires. Not everyone fits. Always fairly compensated though, afaik. Being a "positive impact" kind of company also goes with low salaries for people living in higher income regions.

Just a few months so far at yogi but it's already proven to be a great fit for me.

Cons

Attending meetings in the evenings because many of my team members are in Europe and I am in Asia.
