High expectations, low compensation - Software Engineer Legrand Employee Review

Majority of workforce is made up of young interns with a high turnover rate and very low probability of converting them to full employees. Even after obtaining full time position, their compensation is not competitive and benefits are some of the worst I've ever been offered.
