Pros
Starting pay was fair, option to work from home was nice, and starting team numbers were strong
Cons
After Covid, people left the team, and execs decided not to replace them. Even after the team saying it meeting after meeting. There is no training in customer support other than a week of entering orders, and even then your work isn't check properly. Managers micro-manage, and talk poorly of their staff at all times. Managers refuse to correct any behavior as he doesn't like confrontation. There is no room for advancement, and they are not open to new ideas. They will continue to loose good employees to other companies. If they do bring another employee in, it is some ones child, or nephew, or some form of family member that would be hired before the temps that had seniority.
