Solid opportunity for development - Operations Supervisor Legrand Employee Review

I was given a lot of leeway to put my mark on my department and develop my own path. The engineering department was great, even if stretched thin. IT support usually left something to be desired and pay could be better. There was a good safety culture and a workable framework for coaching/progressive discipline. All of the tools to be successful are there, it is up to the manager to use them appropriately
