Pros
TL;DR:
- Providing an actual solution to give American workers a retirement
- Great people
- Strong leadership
- Great company growth rate
- Huge market/industry with large potential to be the next big Fintech
-------
We're actually helping people earn a retirement. This isn't a company which allows rich people to get richer. Everyone on the team has passion to help as many people as we can, which is very inspirational.
Leadership is mature enough to handle tough convos and admit when they make mistakes. Which makes the dynamic in the office more relaxed. Everyone is open to helping each other perform, we try to unblock each other as quick as we can. No pride or no ego trips.
We're a very diverse team, the most diverse team I have ever been a part of. No gatekeeping during interviews. They were very open to negotiating as well.
Cons
- Living in SF
- Not the best benefits / perks
- Can be too frugal at times
