- Extremely amazing mission - Talented team who are super motivated. - Great customer empathy - Great benefits such as lunch and dinner, snacks, offsites, happy hours etc.
Cons
- Shaky management team with some inexperienced individuals - High pressure environment - Mediocre compensation

- Mission and product are amazing - real change for workers who need it - Amazing co-workers and founders with lots of talent from all over - Lots of opportunity for personal growth and trust between teams as well as teammates - Lots of potential for the company to grow in the years to come - Diverse workforce - No micromanagement
Cons
- Extremely strict in-person policies and not much work remote flexibility - Frugal with money especially during performance review cycles - Benefits and perks can be improved (no 401(k) match ourselves)
