Pros

No pros to working with this company at all...

Cons

The pay at this company is among the lowest in the industry. If you are attached to Xtreme you will be compensated at $160.00 per day (7 days). which is $90.00 to $150.00 lower per day than a regular driving position. They do promise a $450 mile bonus for drivers but the company actively routes drivers along routes they know trucks cannot drive in the allotted time and decline to compensate the drives for the true higher mile routes which would qualify for the mileage bonus. Drivers are also promised hotel subsidies for staying in the sleepers during a tour and this is also a ruse as tours have off time which is ineligible for the hotel subsidies. Your work schedule is all night driving which is tiring and burdensome. Drivers are typically restricted to the venue and in the cab so that is also another negative. In the event you are injured on the job you will have to deal with lies, obfuscations and misinformation. It is indeed unfortunate this organization actively works at deception it is interesting but will cost drivers dearly so beware of this carrier.
