Pros

Good equipment, most people friendly...couple grumpy mechanics. Apu, inverters, 66mph trucks not 67.

Cons

I sat an average of day and half in between most loads. Planners dont like to preplan Dispatchers have very little power. I have taken my request for more miles up the chain, does no good. I take everything they send and get it their early. Been driving 13 years.

Pros

Trucks are very nice fully loaded, couldn't ask for more comfort, APU, inverter, power every thing. My dispatcher, tony, out of dover, fl was by far the best I've ever worked for, and I've worked for a lot including one other DM for lessors, Victoria, not so great out of MN yard. I personally had a great experience with management, recruiting, and safty, but I understand they have a job to do and just like you and me deserve respect and are very busy . Great place to work I'm just the kind of driver that gets bored or burned out and make my money over a 4 or 5 month period and takes 4 or 5 moths off doing something different, so far no one seems to have a issue with that.I will be reapplying, for the 3rd time soon.

Cons

No shower at the fl. And ID. Yard but oh well there is a truck stop close to both. More miles some times but, hey if it's slow what can you do. If I had a slow week I would let tony, my dispatcher, know and , bam, I'd get a trip to Washington. It is what you make it as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure not every one has had my experience but I think I had a hand in the way I was treated by the way I treated them.
