Decent pay and benefits, can be remote, good companies they contract with

Terrible communication, between HR and managers you never hear from them. They sell a dream and don't follow through with it. I requested to be put on a new account for an entire year, nothing was done. The company I was contracted to ended up ending the contract and LevelUp decided to lay me off instead of putting me on another contract. I got the same bonus as the previous year with NO PERFORMANCE REVIEW which is literally ridiculous considering I did more in the 2nd year than the 1st. Wouldn't recommend working here and it's a scam at best
