LevelUP is a great company to work for. My manager is supportive, understanding, and clear about my expectations, showing support for my personal and professional goals. In my position, I have the pleasure of engaging with various teams and leaders, giving me a look into the strong leaders within the organization. I feel that my work is consistently valued by these leaders and my team. While most of the company works from home, I feel very connected to my team and see my coworkers as friends. In the time I have spent in the NYC office, I've been warmly welcomed. Overall, I think LevelUP is a wonderful company to work for with great leaders and company culture.
