LevelUP go over and beyond for their clients and this sometimes means that tough decisions are made that create more work to ensure excellence. The learning experiences are vast and the business fully invests in ensuring that the business adopts new approaches and technology, especially from an AI perspective.
Cons
The business has a high bar for delivery and not everyone enjoys the pace. As with all businesses that deliver outsourced client work there has been some challenges emerging from the pandemic and keeping up with the pace of technology advances, which has created some unknowns. However, leadership have been honest and open about this.
