Manager - Manager Leviat Employee Review

When I joined Leviat (Thermomass at the time) 10 years ago, I became part of an amazing group of individuals that take real pride and ownership in their work. At the same time everyone's ready to extend a helping hand to support above and beyond their responsibilities. I believe this starts with the diversity of our teams, diverse backgrounds and nationalities really allow us to embrace different perspectives. We are not a perfect company, but there is a real push towards improving ourselves every day. We have gone through a lot of change in recent years, and the team embraced this change, grew, and learnt from it. I am proud to be part of Leviat in this pivotal moment, where everyone's contribution has a significant impact on the foundation of this company.

As we are updating our way of working there are associated growing pains that eventually will be overcome.

No OT well you will get it if they like you,the pay no good , poor comunication,micromanaging some managers or supervisors think they're better then you specially Erik Martinez .
