Pros
There are no good reasons to work in this organization other than the decent people at the non-leadership levels who deserve to be treated better
Cons
This used to e a great place to work. The current President of the organization is a short-sighted old school tyrant who like the sound of his own voice. He's a dinosaur from the 80's and early 90's. He likes to cut personnel and facilities to make higher profits. But you don't hear his voice much since he never communicates to anyone below the leadership team unless he is berating them in front of others. The leaders of the organization in Europe are totally clueless and blind (maybe willingly clueless to this since the net profits are so artificially high right now). Morale is extremely low there right now amongst the rest of the non-leadership employees. Don't look to career opportunities there as they don't promote people unless they are part of the crony club. People are basically a commodity to them and that is finally coming back to haunt the company in this current job market. They are trying to hire replacements for people who have left and can't find anyone decent who would be foolish enough to work there. Don't work there unless you have zero other options and need a job very badly.
