Pros
Great people to work with. Most co-workers are more than willing to assist each other with company policies and procedures. Pay is good. Ability to work from home is a major plus.
Cons
The claim distribution procedure could use an overhaul. Employee Performance review process needs to be replaced with one which recognizes the merits of each employee.
