Pros

on the outside looks amazing, the commercials make it seem like they care

Cons

I did not work here, nor do I believe I will after the negative experience I had today for just an interview. I do not even know where to begin with how to explain my experience just going in for an interview for the company, and having witnessed the lack of empathy and professional courtesy the 2 "front office receptionists" displayed over the phone to outbound calls that they were placing within earshot of where I was sitting, Making fun of the patients name, eating and talking on the phone, between conversations discussing they're personal matters in front of other people. Listening to them harshly explain to a customer that they have to find a shoe box to return their product, gathering from what I was hearing the person on the other end had no shoe box available, one of the 2 front office personal that was on the phone, made it vocally clear she was not having it with that patient, not wanting to hear excuses, "you dont have a shoe box, in you home, at all, anywhere?" "dont you know of anyone that has a shoe box you can use, can you ask your neighbor?" the lack of professional manners regardless if the client is no longer using your services, the intent is to provide quality care even as the customer is departing. I arrived on time, filled out my paperwork, took an aptitude test that took a few short minutes, then waited, my interview was at 10:30am today, I was there for well over an hour, had to pay for parking since there is no public parking, NOR do they validate parking for interviews! the person that was to interview me showed lack of professional courtesy as well, leaving a voice mail message days prior, "this message is about the customer service position, please call me at etc, etc, thank you". No contact name, No extension to call back, when I did return the call I was met with the same attitude the outbound caller received from the very same front office staff. I could not wait any longer as it seemed that they were more focused on talking about going on vacation in August to the Bahamas, or how their kid is afraid to eat food because his tooth is falling out, to quoting movies - nothing wrong with that, but if you are going to quote something make sure it isn't filled with lines on seeing sexual body parts, if the staff from what I had seen so far was a reflection of what the workplace is like there, unprofessional, lack of general manners and courtesy, I can only imagine how they treat their clients, based off what I saw. I have worked for over 18 years in Customer Sercvice and Front Office, to see the way they conducted themselves, they are a representation of the company and with those kind of people acting in such a manner it does not make me feel like they seem to care about what they are doing there. I dismissed myself, told them I can not wait any longer and I will call the hiring manager that wanted to interview me to let him know, I was given a very condescending, "okaaaaaay" as I left. I was not given any apology for the wait the entire time, nor was I given a reason why I would had waited for so long, there was no, "sorry he is behind but will be done shortly" they just wanted to eat their bowl of cheetos and chips and arrange their basket of candy at their desk.

Pros

Good atmosphere and management team. Superior equipment and service model.

Cons

Ridiculous corporate sales requirements to obtain permanent position. Required to make 6 sales in 4 weeks with access to the oldest leads, meaning you are trying to reach people who have been pitched, emailed, phoned 6-10 times. Company has not responded to competition which offers inferior products at much lower prices by informing market of their superior service and equipment. Very inflexible on equipment options which costs sales.
