Pros
Managers get an apartment, if there is one. Benefits for full time. 9 to 6 schedule.
Cons
Working 7 days a week if you have no associate. There was a time I worked for 4 months straight with no help at all. Extremely strict policies, if you're even a penny short on a deposit prepare for consequences. Part time gets no benefits except vacation and you will have to do maintenance of the property. Including picking up dead things and having customers defecate on the property. Apartments are no longer available at all, if you're a new manager or transfer to another property they are no longer letting managers live on property.
