Pros

The staff is very supportive, especially the Pilates staff at the club and at headquarters. The overall atmosphere is very positive and energetic!

Cons

The compensation plan is low when it comes to teaching semi-private classes, and can be less than minimum wage for the same amount and quality of teaching when there is one person in the class, and no wage for workshops and complimentary classes, though the instructor is , again, doing the same amount and quality of work as for a private or group session with 3-5 class participants.

Pros

It’s fun working environment, made some of my close friend there. It was first job so it’s cool.😎

Cons

It gets extremely hot in Texas and we have an outdoor pool.

Pros

the only pro I can think of is the free membership and even that is mediocre because you'll barely have time to use it, and they kept decreasing employee discounts. Not worth your time.

Cons

Pay is not enough for the job. Benefits are not worth the stress this job gives you. Management is absolutely terrible. I could go on and on about all of the flaws this place has. My advice to anyone is don't work in operations at this location, way too much drama for a place of work, and they'll make it personal. Stay away.
