Unrealistic expectations to meet sales goals, just looking to take more of the members money, overpriced membership ($250.00) for the same amenities that planet fitness offers for $10.00. Upper management will lie, too much corporate involvement, you will only move up in the company if the GM likes you, not based off your resume. This is just a job, build your resume and move on to bigger and better things.
