Pros

Good people (Director Level and Below) work there

Cons

New Management and Senior Management come in with ideas but know nothing about the industry -- They want the old timers out. Company is losing both hospitals and donors and now have 2 new areas of unionized staff due to poor management.

Pros

Mileage reimbursement, PTO hours, ourselves (we make work worth working). I can't thing of anything else but need 20 words minimum.

Cons

Mileage reimbursement is a pro because they don't care how far they send you. Management doesn't care how far you have to travel or the weather you have to travel in or the amount of time you got if sleep because of them. You better be there on time. Because of their scheduling you could not be home until 10pm and have to return to work at 6 am with a 1 1/2 hour driving time in both directions. They only give you 2 days to call off OR be late in a rolling year. On the 3rd call off or tardy it's a verbal and gets worse from there. People come to work sick with a fever because of this rule. There's no heart or compassion in a company that deals with saving people's lives. We get a nice amount of PTO hours but we can't use them. We will ask for a week off but only get 2 out of the 5 and they won't even be together. There's no rhyme or reason who gets to have their pto granted and who gets the lovely 2 days out of 5.
