Cons
Management says they care but they absolutely do not care about the staff. If youre a Christian you get overlooked or treated poorly, sad but very true. Nursing has absolutely no guidance, no one checks on them and the job theyre doing. Some therapists try to push clients to change their sexual beliefs even minor clients. No employee drug tests so staff can be on drugs and mgt never knows it. For a nonprofit company they are always just concerned about money. Since Dr Stawar retired the Board of Directors need to know that this company is falling apart which is why they can't find anyone to work there. I was fired with no reason at all given and was one of the best employees in my building, always good evaluation, exceeded production and rarely missed work, I was very dependable which shows management doesn't care. All upper mgt ever says is we need to do better but nothing ever changes.
