Description LifeSpring is a not-for-profit agency providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare and primary care services to eleven Southern Indiana counties: Clark, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Orange, Perry, Scott, Spencer, and Washington. LifeSpring serves more than 14,000 people per year, and is governed by a Board of Directors. LifeSpring has a $40 million + annual budget.
