Pros

Great vacation and requested time off policies, they are focused on well-being and mental health after all. But much of this depends on your Dept and management.

Cons

You’re very much just an employee number if you don’t stick your hand up, and even then rewards are slim - again this varies per department, but if you’re looking for recognition through promotion and salary incentives, good luck.
