Pros

Free fruits from time to time

Cons

Upset first time customers yell at you as they been send their second and mostly unwanted asap order. Associates and Diamonds are not only very rube but constantly let out their frustration on you. The It system and front end, is well out of date and the order entry interface is out of support for about 20years. Low end management is recruited from inside and has some experience and inside. Mid and higher end management lack most core skills and frequently changes directions.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
