I'm lucky to have supportive co-workers.

Cons

Lifeplus is headed by unqualified and incapable leaders. Our supervisors are clueless most of the time, and they sometimes don't even bother to pretend like they know what they're doing. They just pass on tasks and instructions to us employees, but they never provide proper guidance and support.

Excellent covid-secure facilities, good perks, friendly peers, international and multilingual work environment

The team leaders are put under a lot of pressure (at least many are on long-term absence due to stress), some team leaders hand down the stress to their team members. A lot of team leaders and other members of the leadership team have resigned recently. Reasons for this vary.
