Pros

colleagues are nice, no other pros.

Cons

Unprofessional management, horrible HR Department which lies to staff and is very corrupt, no support if help is needed, no actions taken against harassment in the workplace, management plays mindgames with staff and manipulates them. Overall the company is by far the worst I have ever worked. All staff has to pretend they are all happy when associates are coming to visit, but behind closed door, this place is hell.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
